In the beginning, Ridge Rider News was published somewhat sporadically.  After several months, RRN settled into a comfortable, weekly publishing schedule.  Publications were given a Saturday date, and the Volume number was represented by the month and day.  Years later, it was decided to change the volume number so that it reflected the current issue numbered from the beginning.  Thus after seven years, the volume number stood at 362.
